Increasing of efficiency of friable materials storage

The Donbas National Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture
Abstract. The questions of efficiency increasing of volume of storage, using located under the throwing down of conveyer drum are considered. Authors offered the passive distributive device, on the unloading part of the conveyer providing multiplying distance of particles flight, as well as proportional distributing of friable material transporting in the area of storage. The cinematics chart of particles motion of the friable substance for the examining passive device with three directions of unloading on the basis of which the task of the optimum of friable materials distributing has been solved in the area of storage taking into account the geometrical parameters of the considering distributive device. The offered mathematical model of unloading friable materials process allows to determine the basic geometrical parameters of passive distributive devices of band conveyers depending on descriptions of inertial and speedful features of the transported friable material, ass well as solve the task determining quantitative parts of the transported material for proportional filling the storage area under the geometrical parameters of the distributive device.
Keywords: distributing, friable materials, transporting, unloading, storages, volume.

Secularities of multi5layer calculation slabs of the flooron the personal computer «Lira»

National University «L’viv Politekhnika»
Abstract. Reinforced concrete, is a basic building material which is used and changes in the process of building. The tensely-deformed state (TDS) of multi-layer reinforced concrete constructions, which consist of bearings layers, providing necessary bearing ability of construction, is considered in work, as wall as of heating, sound-proof and other layers. Designing of examined multi-layer constructions is perplexed because of insufficiency of experimental and theoretical data about their work. Experimental researches of work of multi-layer slabs have been in the full filled presented work, the received efforts and transferences have been analysed. For the analysis of results of experimental researches the numeral calculations of TDS of multi-layered constructions are executed with the use of method of eventual elements, realized in the personal COMPUTER «Lira», and the practical method of calculation of multi-layered flags is offered. Authenticity of the offered method of calculation of multi-layered constructions is confirmed acceptable accordance of results of calculations and to the results of the executed experimental researches.
Keywords: reinforced concrete, multi-layer slab, experimental and theoretical researches.

Influence of organic-mineral modifier on the base of condensated microsilica and (PNS+PCE)-superplasticizers on the properties and of cement paste stone microstructure

The Donbas National Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture
Abstract. Micro silica is one of the very important mineral additives for producing the high-quality Portland cement concretes. The high reactivity of micro silica to Portland cement is stipulated by its very high specific surface and its high content of amorphous silica dioxide. The preliminary intensive mixing of condensated form of micro silica formed while slag drying of wet gas treatment of Ferro-alloy Works in the solution of PNS superplasticizer with the subsequent addition of the received organic-mineral suspension (modifier) into the mixture of Portland cement, mixing water and PCE superplasticizer (separate mixing procedure) provides inhansing fluidity and compressive strength of cement paste in the comparison with the cement paste composition prepared according to the traditional technology. These effects are stipulated by dispergating of large agglomerates of micro silica in the solution of PNS superplasticizer and exclusion of competitive adsorption of the anionic superplasticizers for the positively charged of cement hydratation products.
Keywords: micro silica fume, superplasticizer, cement paste, fluidity, microstructure, compressive strength.
