Technology placement plaster restoration tsemyankovoyi

Abstract. The paper presents experimental results depending on the physical and mechanical parameters (porosity, compressive strength, the drag coefficient of diffusion of water vapor, the strength of adhesion to the base) of the proposed restoration mortar plaster of influence of technological factors (watertocement ratio, duration of mixing mortar mixture during its preparation, moisture basis, priming the basis of the area of contact layer, the method and amount of compaction soluble compounds, exposure duration in plaster formwork). According to the results of experimental studies developed a technology placement mortar plaster, which is based on the sequential performance of construction processes: training base contact layer arrangement, arrangement a plaster, creating a steamy layer. The identity of the proposed technology is subject to the parameters set by technological factors in our research framework that will provide improved sanitation properties to plaster. Results of laboratory tested in natural conditions and introduced into industrial practice.

Abstract. A lot of scientists talk nowadays about extremely fast reduction of hydrocarbon minerals, on which modern power engineering is based. That’s why the idea of usage solar panels in facade constructing is uptodate. In such case large space which necessary for effective work of solar battery is used. This article presents basic principles of photovoltaic facade systems and «Solar windows» technology. Idea of translucent facade construction, produced electric energy has been given. The most efficacious package, power planning and exploitation of solar facade system has been considered. The classification of different type elements used during face photovoltaic planes production has been given. Process of installing solar panels has been considered in details. Conclusion about perspectives of such technology in Ukraine has been made.

Abstract. From the point of view of systems approach general theory the efficiency of the logistic system in a building complex, as queuing customers system, is characterized by authenticity of success of implementation of logistic operations at the set criterion of optimality. Management efficiency the logistic system largely depends on the dataware efficiency of the system as such. Therefore the article covers the dataware of material flows modelling of building complex. The process of modelling is directed on the decision of important tasks of a building organization. To such tasks it is possible to take rational production supplies of material resources, economic order quantity, interval of deliveries and other organizational parameters determination. The parameters allow to provide continuity of a build process, minimization of building costs and settling with suppliers.

Structural and phases changes of stone of alkaline binders of system Na2O – Al2O3 – SiO2 at hardening and heating

Abstract. It is set that temperature to 950 °C in the refractory system Al2O – SiO2 in presence 2–6 % Na2O formation of binder goes from alkaline aluminosilicates, crystallization of refractory phases begins, here a temporal ceramic binder consists of Na2O · Al2O3 · 6SiO2, Na2O · Al2O3 · 2SiO2, Na2O · Al2O3 or β – Al2O3. In the temperature interval of 1 000–1 200 °C alkaline aluminosilicates passes to fusion and role of ceramic crystalline binder passes to refractory connections forming of which began to melting of intermediate phases and is closed in the temperature interval of 1 200–1 400 °C. At a temperature higher a 1 200 °C ceramic binder consists of 3Al2O3 · 2SiO2, α – Al2O3, Na2O · Al2O3 or β – Al2O3. Regularity of influence of substance of Na2O on refractory property and deformation points on load of system Na2O – Al2O3 – SiO2 has been carried out during researches. This regularity allows to select cementing material compositions with fire properties which consistent with concrete filler properties at all. The results of researches can be used for production of refractories from wastes of ferrous and nonferrousmetals industry.

Abstract. The paper contains a descriptions and analysis of the methods for calculation of energy performance of buildings in standard DSTU B EN ISO 13790:2011 «Energy performance of buildings. Calculation of energy use for space heating and cooling». Shown, that no one of the specific methods for the full calculation which beginning at the input data and ending to get the result is not possible. The main issues on which the state authorities have to take nationals decisions to be able to develop a national calculation methodology are determinate.

Life cycle design of flexible elements of reinforced – concrete highway bridges

Abstract. The general problem of durability of reinforcedconcrete elements of Ukrainian highway bridges is formulated. The life cycle model of flexible bridge elements on the basis of concrete and reinforcement corrosion process which allows predicting a resource in the form of time depending function on physicomechanical properties of concrete and reinforcement, construction type and maintenance conditions is offered. Model allows designing transport construction element with the set life cycle. Numerical examples of slab superstructures durability definition on a standard project 3.50312 on an offered model are resulted. Results confirm by statistical data of technical condition of maintained bridges on a database of AESUM bridge management system.
