The probabilistic model of the maximum values distribution for describing the corrosion damage depth of steel pipes of main oil pipelines

Abstract. Statistical analysis of the in-line inspection results of one of Ukrainian oil pipeline was performed in the paper. Based on the practice of repair work, performed by replacing the whole sections of the pipeline with the joining in the area of existing welds, the maximum corrosion depth values within the limits of each section had considered. The possibility of representing the depth of corrosion damage in the form of sequences of maximum values that described of double exponential distribution law of Gumbel is justified on the basis of performed analysis. Interrelation between statistical characteristics of the corrosion depth and their dependence of the amount of corrosion damage per length unit of the pipeline was analyzed. Developed probabilistic model for describing the depth of corrosion damage can be used for assessing the reliability of steel pipes of oil pipelines considering the presence of undamaged sections and their impact on the reliability of the pipeline in total.

The rules of preparing project documentation in the russian federation and their improvement

Abstract. The article discusses rules of preparing project documentation in the Russian Federation and their change from 1991 to the present time. The quality of development of project documentation strongly influences on the efficiency of the investment processes in the construction and reconstruction. Approved in 2008 by the Government of the Russian Federation, Provision on the structure of sections of project documentation and requirements to their contents, replaced commonly used Instructions on the procedure of development, coordination, approval and composition of project documentation for construction of facilities, buildings and structures (SNiP 11-01-95). The author analyzed the changes in the Provision on the structure of sections of design documentation that occurred in 2009–2012. The main requirements to project documentation are provided in the edition for the beginning of 2013. Contentious clauses of this document also are discussed in this article, and also the directions on its further improvement are given.

Peculiarities of evaluation of energy of fibre concrete auto stressing and its dependence on technology of materials preparation

Abstract. In the article the results of researches of influence of technology of preparation of the dispersible reinforced compositions of various structures are resulted on self tension of fibrous concrete’s elements. In experiments used compositions, reinforced by a kapron and by the row of other types of fibers, this article provides the results of researches are resulted with polypropylene, glass fibers and wastes of cord are resulted. On the basis of numerous experiments proposed the method of definition of size of expansion and energy of self tension of finegrained fibrous concrete is offered with a different dispersible armature. Influence of technology of preparation is set on the size of self tension of fibrous concrete’s elements.

Analysis of eksergy efficiency of kogeneration plant on the basis of an internal combustion engine and for solid fuel boiler

Abstract. Two variants of thermal chart of the cogeneration plant on the basis of an internal combustion engine and for solid fuel boiler are considered in the article. Efficiency of work of each of them analyzed with the use of value of energy efficiency. The method of his determination is also presented in the article. In particular an energy analysis is conducted with the use of sizes of complete energies on an entrance and on an exit from cogeneration plant. For their finding a control surface is made with pointing of direction of motion of streams of energy during work of plant. It is set that the use of products of combustion of an internal combustion engine in the fire-box chamber of boiler allows increasing the value of energy efficiency setting due to reduction of amount of the burned hard fuel.

Procedure of geometrical parameters definition of polygonal poles constructions taking into account regulation natural and forced oscillations

Abstract. In this paper, technique for the determination of geometrical parameters of polygonal bent poles (PBP) of isolated structures is given and to intended to escape possibility situation of a wind resonance on different builtup territory. The main description of PBP constructive form is contains with indicating the necessary typically sizes. The broad scope application of PBP metal structures (especially noted application in power lines) is confirmed research relevance and in connection with this stress-strain state under the correct wind load. The peculiarities of the process wind-stream for cylindrical structures in different Reynolds number (Re) flow are described. The vortex wake mode criteria basic is experimentally determined for PBP: vortex shedding frequency (fв = 30…40 Hz); Strouhal number (Sh = 0,108…0,152) at number of faces (n = 6, 8, 10 and 12). In the experiments have been established dependence between criteria Reynolds number, Strouhal number and number of faces, wind velocity (Vi) for isolated PBP structures.

Estimation of service ability of technologies of repair of multi-layered roofings coverages by bituminous-polymeric compositions

Abstract. Created fund of multilayered soft roofing coverages, necessity of repairs, orientation them in a repair sphere, expensive process dictate the necessity of development of effective competitive technologies of renewal fitness covering. The presence of various damages of roofing carpet erects in a digit actual problem of search ways of development of technological decisions able to satisfy the requirements of substantial increase of the period with the decline of resources. Therefore aim of work – to get the reliable estimation of service ability of technologies to repair bituminous-polymeric compositions, due to a satiation integumentary or protective layers of ruberoid carpet. The worked out technology is based on the capabilities of the used repair composition to impregnate with and satiate adherent to the surface by ingredients, able to remove the damages of certain kind and return to integumentary or protective to the layers primary waterproofing potential and to strengthen him. The results of the conducted theoretical and experimental researches confirmed the fitness of repair technologies with the use of the special repair compositions to give to the recovered coverages important technical properties due to a special effect. For the final reliable estimation of dignities of technology set conformities to law of forming of waterproofing properties and longevity. Besides, technology is estimated as a highly-mechanized process with the small degree of dependence on the skilled level of performers and influence of random errors.

Abstract.The article deals with regional and spatial features of the formation and spatial location, the existing system of clubs 20’s and 70’s. The twentieth century. Donetsk, which allows to identify the achieved security at 1tys. residents club and spectator places in each of the nine regions of Donetsk and the laws governing the functioning of clubs. Stages of organization of cultural activities of the population, the period chronologically developed in accordance with the main stages of the architecture of the buildings club type. Architectural identity was formed in the aspect of identity epoch of national identity, the author identity. In architectural and artistic decisions club a 20th–70th. The twentieth century pronounced historical architectural tradition: historical and architectural professional experience and the experience of folk architecture and requirements ideology of the period. The main characteristics of the regional approach, which influenced the typology of the network, its capacity were: climatic conditions, socio-economic, demographic, cultural, and urban conditions. Determines the relevance of the work to find ways of intensification, the current city club network, its development through a system of cultural values, taking into account regional and national identity.
