Annotation: The degradation processes and definition of durability of sheet structures guarding constructions is examined by steel tanks. Local refusal that can be removal and common refusal are distinguished. Technical resources exhausting criterion is accepted the totality of defects and damages in structures. Some economic aspects of such approach are considered.
