Setting of norms of high-rise building progressive damage protection under combined special influences

Annotation: There is shown a necessity of accounting and setting norms of a high-rise building fire safety under a variety of special, including combined special, influences which can result in a progressive damage of these unique objects. There are grounded and formulated proposals as to setting norms of fire safety of high-rise buildings in part Introductions of a «Special class of functional fire hazard»; a special block of measures of high-rise buildings progressive protection as a base unit of the whole system of fire protection of these objects. A general approach and engineering method of estimating a building stability is offered against a progressive damage under combined special influences. A program system is developed to analyze damages and risks of an emergency situation in a city surroundings on the basis of the «virtual reality» technology.
