Problems of settlements development in the conditions of landscape-recreative areas forming

Annotation: Primary town-planning have been determined, arising nowadays while implementation of the settlements design documentation, located near-by unique natural objects, protected landscapes, on the littoral territories of aquatoriums. The market of the recreational objects analysis has been carried out in the sphere of the functional and special purpose. The ways of town-planning, regulation of land distribution and ecological tasks solution analyzed in the elaborating project documentation with the purpose of present town-planning errors removal. The analysis of operating legislative normatively-legal documents has been carried out on the a town-planning and organization of land distribution, suggestions have been formulated as for changing some of them.
