Organizational backing of municipal housing property development

Annotation: The paper deals with the problem of formation and effective operation of organizational development of municipal housing property: by housing affiliation to the primary human wants; competition stepping up in the domestic market in the sphere of the housing property between transactor units of various possessions and management, by transitive character of domestic economy conducting change-over to the contemporary market principles and by the permanent economic depression in the civil engineering industry.
