Evaluation of organizing_technological solutions of construction project by means of imitation design

Abstract: At present the country economy requires changing an approach the evaluation of development and making organizing-technological solution taking into account the latest advances in the sphere of science and technology by means of new methods and models. Plenty of factors influence the optimality of organizational-technological solutions of a building project in the market conditions. These circumstances are predetermined the necessity of development an effective control system, to minimize their influence on the choice of an optimal variant building project. Practice has shown that the better evaluation methods are the higher reliability of organizational, technological and economic solutions is. The article addresses issue of increasing the reliability of administrative decisions for a building project and suggests an evaluation methodology of organizing-technological construction solutions using imitation design.
