Dynamic Transformation of Objects Typical Building under Renovation

Annotation: In the article the issues of dynamic transformation of typical buildings and constructions have been considered at the first time. Modern trends of towns and cities development place architects, urban planners and engineers before the most difficult tasks that are connected with the upgrade, conversion, alteration, improvement and reconstruction of architectural objects, located on the territory, which is studied and analyzed. Urgent problems of strategic urban development directly reflect all the issues that are related to the architectural and urban development, ideological and artistic and historical transformation of objects of typical building undergoing reconstruction. New conditions and approaches in architecture reflect the new features with which it is possible to improve and update not only the aesthetic appearance of the city, but also to introduce modern approaches, which allow to give types of buildings and structures greater expressiveness and functionality. Referring to the above, the authors place themselves before one of the most unexplored and at the same time demanded tasks of the dynamic transformation of typical buildings and structures, which in modern conditions of development of urban areas undergo reconstruction.
