Abstract: The article is devoted to the questions of strengthening and reconstructing load-carrying structures of loading bins built of cast-in-situ reinforced concrete, and which are partially in an emergency state, and partially in an unserviceable state. For this purpose there was used a supporting complex of steel structures in the form of a framed structure to strengthen reinforced-concrete columns, and suspension steel bands to strengthen a parabolic part of a bin easy to make strengthening of the existing reinforced concrete structures of bins without stopping manufacture. All the calculations of the supporting building structures of bins connected with the strengthening were performed by a flat design model on the computer complex “SCAD”. A post-concreting of columns and suspension bands for strengthening a bin parabolic part provides a reliable corrosion protection of steel structures.

Keywords: cast-in-situ reinforced concrete loading bins, reconstruction and reinforcement, lattice steel supporting structures, guy shells, steel concrete ring of the existing columns.
