Abstract: With the development of modern industrial complexes there is the problem of integrating new facilities into their structure, particularly in urban areas with a deficit of space, resulting in the need for their removal. Deleting objects complicates the process and increases logistics costs and complicates the management of industrial complexes. Under the conditions of the Donbass region, promising direction is the placement of objects of industrial chains industrial complexes enterprises in disturbed areas exhaustible resources of coal industry structures. Prevailing conditions over decades of mine operations resulted in significant human impacts on the environment in the coal-mining regions. Subsequent mass closure of mines has led to the emergence of complex phenomena and processes, negative environmental and, in particular, the social aspect. Mine area quite promising and has great potential due to the infrastructure and can accommodate a range of businesses. Of all the components that can be used in the industrial integration of the mine site should be allocated a well-developed system of communication (railways, road transport), enabling the introduction of a decentralized method of production, even large-sized products. Numerous studies in the area of reconstruction of buildings and structures, especially the typical purpose showed that the optimal approach to reconstruction – is a comprehensive approach. This is due to several reasons, which are most of its structural component distinguished: economic viability, improving the architectural and aesthetic properties of objects typical building, as well as improving the environmental performance of the objects under consideration.
