Rational schemes of recycling water supply systems organization

Abstract. Questions of rational schemes creation of for the turnaround water supply organization systems of the industrial enterprises have been considered. There is the result sewage formed classification on the enterprises and kinds water of consumption in the industry. The analysis of water management of the industrial enterprises for an opportunity of a reuse of sewage for additional charging systems of turnaround cooling water supply has been carried out. The balance solution of turnaround water supply system for suspension has been substances considered. The perspective solution for reducing in the maintenance of the suspension substances in turnaround water by means of conclusion the part of water withdrawing out of a turn and its filtering through synthetic fabric materials has been offered. Basic parameters water of filtering through synthetic fabrics have been determined. There was performed the calculation of the filter with a synthetic fabric filtering material.

Analysis of stability and model manoeuvrability of saddle lorry convoy model with the control system of the supporting axis semitrailer

Abstract. The problem on manoeuvrability improving of the two-link lorry convoy consisting of biaxial truck tractor and uniaxial semi-trailer has been solved. The proper choice of linear law of management provides sufficient construability of the two-link road train at motion in a circular corridor. The area of the rectilinear motion stability has been determined in the sphere of the guided parameters (transmission coefficient and longitudinal velocity) : a negative transmission coefficient results the intensive skidding of semitrailer the (case of stability loss of rectilinear motion), as the supporting axis of semitrailer is oriented toward the decliration of semitrailer, itself and the center of the tractor mass tries to move on a convoluting spiral; the positive transmission coefficient results the «moderate» deviation of trajectory of the truck mass centre from the primary rectilinear direction of motion (stabilizes the rectilineal configuration of the two-link lorry convoy). Numerical constructions are given sets of the one-parameter set of steady regime on the basis of the differential-geometric method of parameter continuation.

Research of influencing of technological parameters on emission of carbon oxides and nitrogen in the products of combustion of autonomous caldrons

Abstract. It is explored influence of basic technological parameters on power and ecological characteristics of autonomous caldrons. On one side it is necessary to solve the question of thermal efficiency increasing of caldrons, work on the other side, a difficult ecological situation which took place in the country needs immediate decisions as for to limitations of pollutants discharge to the atmosphere, including smokes gases of caldrons. One of methods solving of these problems solving is the organization adjustment of fuel combustion in the caldrons with small capacity. Mechanisms and emission terms of toxic substances while incinerating in the small volume fire-box chambers of natural gas. Dependences of contents of toxic discharges summarizing equalizations have been got in the products of combustion on the influencing factors.

Deformative properties of high strength fine-grained concretes with organic-mineral modifier on the basis of mineral wastes of Donbas industry

Abstract. The technology of high durability concretes and concretes with ligh explotative propertives is connected with using in their composition indissolubly of organic-mineral modifiers on the basis of dispersed pozzolanic addition and effective superplasticizers of new generation. The composition of combined organic-mineral modifier, including condensed microsilica and thermo power station slag, jointly grinded in the presence of SNF superplasticizer has been eleborated. This modifier allows to get hi-tech fine-grained concrete mixtures and concretes of high durability (B 100) with improved deformative properties. The efficiency of the organic-mineral modifier in a high durability fine-grained concrete can be essentially increased when concrete mixture preparation is separate and when the second superplasticizer FM-794 with the steric mechanism of concrete mixtures stabilizing (modified polycarboxylic ether) is used.

The small wasted safe ecological complex processing of spent lead-acid batteries

Abstract. Work is devoted to the study more ecologically clean electrochemical technology of lead-acid processing accumulators in electrolytes on the basis of silicic fluorine hydrogen acid. The complex chart of lead contained processing of components of accumulators, including the separation of accumulator sludge its, grinding, desulphatation, dissolution by suitable reagent for this purpose, is proposed, and electric dissolution of preliminary desulphated of plates in the received electrolyte after introduction of additional components, allowing to improve its operating properties. Influence of lead salt concentration, of silicic fluorine hydrogen acids, different acid substances in an electrolyte on the electrolysis parameters and processing speed has been considered (tolerable cathode density of flow, speed of lead sludge and accumulator plate’s dissolution, cathode and anode outputs along the flow, anode output product). Composition of electrolyte, in terms of rational ecology and technology has been selected.

There have exposed and classified activity kinds of free intercourse sphere, character and employment particularity of recreation centers and also principles of recreation Centers placing in Donetsk planning districts.
