Research of application opportunity of geothermal pumps with ground warmth for autonomic heating supply

Abstract. The analysis of technological application of possibilities, utillizing thermo-compressor settings, proves that the most perspective directions of their introduction are the following: heating, hot water-supply, conditioning, paths and passages heating of in winter fields, warming up on the open stadiums. Use of warmth dumprocks as the source of lowpotentional of thermal energy by means of geothermal heat-pumps (GTP) which is especially essential in the Donbass region. It is possible to utilize the warmth of dump grounds, both extinct and not burning. In the case of using necessity of dumps warmth, conflagrant in their thickness, authors offer the thermosiphons applying, sometimes used for dump exiting of inflammability. Depending on descriptions of used refused for the selection of ground warmth it is possible application of both horizontal and vertical ground heatexchanger of coaxial type. Geothermal thermal pump setting in fact, is steamcompressional refrigerator. Application of the offered charts for thermocompressor is perspective because in this case the season temperature disproportion of ordinary soils, because the air temperature for accumulation of oxidization warmth at large masses of the heating rock influences insignificantly.

Choice of methods for strengthening of reinforced-concrete columns in the reconstruction conditions of the operating industrial enterprises

Abstract. In this article there is represented the choice of a rational method for strengthening of the reinforced concrete columns, allowing to lower and cost and laboursome works. The analysis of works production allowed to find out that in practice the following methods of strengthening of reinforced concrete columns are applied: arrangement of the reinforced concrete iron ring and unilateral growing of section, strengthening by concrete mixing spraying and steel-fibro-concrete, installation of metal cross-bars. The groups of factors changing qualitative and quantitative indicators of process strengthening: defects of reinforced concrete columns and the coefficient of bearing ability increasing a class of strengthening concrete. In the article multifactorial models of labour some work of strengthening and costs from researched factors are represented. Coefficients for the models, considering the defects arrangement on sides of columns are defined. The check of the offered technique are results represented for strengthening of reinforced concrete columns at the operating industrial enterprises.

Research constructive influence features on the bearing ability of the conic casing of the steel funnel of the coal a concentrate bunker

Abstract. In article the basic questions reliability increasing of the conic metal funnel of the bunker have been examined. The main approaches for researching of the tense-deformed condition of the bunker metal funnel have been considered. The analytical calculation of tense-deformed condition (the bunker funnel) with the idealized account scheme using due to the method offered in BNandR II-23-81* “Steel structures and designing norms and the instruction on calculation and designing of the reinforsed-concrete, steel and combined bunkers has been carried out”. The numeral calculation of the tense-deformed condition (the bunker funnel) using the finite element casing of a telescopic structure influence considering the marginal effect in places of overlapping by means of account complex SCAD has been fulfield. The analysis of the tense-deformed condition momentless of the conic casing without taking into account the bending moment, and considering its influence stipulated by overlapping in places of telescopic side-bars function and caused the factor of the marginal effect phenomenon. On the basis of the fulfilled analytical and numeral calculation conclusions and recommendations as for calculation and designing have been done.

Research of Technological Parameters on enfluense the emission Petrolpirene in the Combustion Products in the Hotgas tube thermo-generators

Abstract. The representation of the scientific researches given in the previous issue proceeds in the article, to determine the influence of the basic technological parameters of fuel in the combustion hotgastube thermogenerators of small power for the output of toxic substances. In this article there are the of research results on the petrolpirene emission into the combustion products of the hotgastube thermogenerators. For the caldrons of small power there are no data as for the effluent, and the control absence can considerably deteriorate the dangerous ecological situation in Ukraine nowadays. One of ways of these problems solution is the complex processes optimization of the fuel incineration in the thermogenerator with small power. There where determined mechanisms and emission conditions of petrolpirene while incinerating the natural gas in the fire-box chambers of small volume. The generalizing equations of the contents dependence of petrolpirene of the combustion products from the influencing factors.

Abstract. In this article worked out the an effective method of modeling had been method the tense-deformed condition steel-concrete container under the dynamic loads appearing while the impact with the corner against the tough surface at the bottom considering damping action of the side posts; correspondent mathematical and finite-elements models by means of the program complex Lira 9.4 have been elaborated; the most parts; dangerous from the point of had been established inevitability view of durability have been found out; the inevitable de-struction of cover and joint hence the necessity of additional fastenings in this plase has been proved recommendations have been offered to improve container design.

Pulsating servoband control of the belt stabilization on the conveyer reel

Abstract. The new conveying devices invention requires constantly optimization and perfection of their calculation methods. One of them is the belt conveyer of changeable length. In the process of conveyer elongation the unpredictable pulley turning of encircling reel which occurs. Which is transposing and this is the reason of belt leaving in the middle part. In this connection it is necessary to invent corrective devices for the belt alignment on the transposing reel. The belt conveyer operating conditions are far from being normal, that’s why the hydraulic pulsating device for belt position control on the reel in the process of conveyer elongation is considered to be the most reliable automatic belt. There has been examined the automatic hydraulic pulsating servo band control system. The pulser of automatic control system performs the function of negative pseudo connection. Pulsating regime taking place is called zero- while operating overshoot response, the high speed signal of pseudo connection increases on the comparison mentioned conditions. There has been given the structural and parametric intensification.
